Business Support

Facilities Planning & Design's Business Support unit provides administrative, financial, and accounting services.  These services include:

  • Administrative - Direct contact to FP&D ~ 645-2612;  can assist, answer or direct your questions to the appropriate staff members.
  • Purchasing - Equipment and material orders for projects on campus and work together within Facilities Planning & Design to decide the best purchasing procedure and obtain pricing. 
  • Contracts - Contracts with outside vendors are utilized by FP&D for design, construction and commodities in an effort to streamline purchasing and expedite construction.
  • Financial - Actual material and labor costs of all projects are tracked in our computer system and reported to the proper University departments.
