FUNCTION
Foster Hall houses non-clinical aspects of the School of Dentistry. The original 1921 building was extensively renovated in 1983.
NAMESAKE
Orrin Elliott Foster (1840-1928) donated $500,000 toward construction of this building. He was co-founder of the Foster-Milburn Company, a manufacturer of patent medicines. Foster Hall was the first building built by the university on the Main Street Campus.
