North Campus Capital Projects

North Campus Capital Projects include Founders Plaza, North Campus Childcare center, new Engineering building. An Athletics, Recreation and Wellness Center and a new South Ellicott housing complex.

South Campus Capital Projects

South Campus Capital Projects include the Allen Hall Gateway, South Campus childcare center, Kimball Tower and Wende Hall, Farber Hall renovations and John Kapoor Hall.

Downtown Campus Projects

Capital Projects: Downtown Campus - UB 2020

Planning is currently underway for a new $26 million building to house the Educational Opportunity Center. The UB Downtown Gateway will make its home for community outreach, service and research programs in the newly acquired M. Wile & Co. building on Goodell Street.
