Sign Standards Manual

The manual available on the web has been reduced in size: Section 3 - Fabrication Details and Section 4 - Location Standards were removed because of the large size of the document. Additionally the remaining manual was split into separate files as indicated below.

The web version of the Sign Standards Manual still retains the essential information regarding the Universities signage standards.
Introduction
Provides an overview, needs assessment, summary recommendation and information on way finding as pertains to the University and its exterior signage.
Sign Types
Program rationale, design expression, placement criteria and content criteria are outlined for each of the exterior sign types.
General Specifications
University identity usage, symbols, typography, letter spacing, arrows/arrow orientation and sign colors/finishes are specified.
