FUNCTION 

The complex contains thirteen 2-story buildings, seven located on the west side of Bizer Creek and six, plus the community building, located on the east side. The village has 102 two-bedroom townhouse units and 14 two-bedroom, ranch-style, accessible units for a total designed occupancy of 232. The village is reserved for University at Buffalo graduates, professionals and students with families. The site is on Frontier Road off of Skinnersville Road on the northern edge of the campus.

NAMESAKE 

Creekside Village was named as such because of its location along Bizer Creek.
