RIA Cooling Tower

RIA CoolingTower Replacement

The Research Institute on Addictions, located at 1021 Main Street, Buffalo, NY, is in the process of receiving energy upgrades through a project funded by the New York Power Authority. On 10/24/08, the old cooling tower was removed from the roof to make way for a new unit.  Additionally, the old chiller was removed. EH&S provided a safety review of the crane safety plan for the cooling tower removal and FP&D acted as a consultant to the contractor.
