Information for Contractors

It is expected that all contracts that the University will let out will go to a competitive bidding process based on a State University of New York Request for Proposals (RFP) process. It is to be expected that such RFP’s will be advertised in the New York State Contract Reporter.

At this point, BMRC will accept Statements of Qualification from interested companies. Such information can be sent to:

Buffalo Materials Research Center
State University of New York at Buffalo
220 Winspear Avenue
Buffalo, New York 14215

Please be aware that at the time when RFP’s are solicited, prospective bidders will be asked to formally submit their Statement of Qualifications with the actual bids. For further information on the bidding process, please see the NYS Contract Reporter, and the vendor pages at the UB Business web site.
