Outdoor Projects

All Experimental apparatus, demonstration projects and other mechanical devices placed in common areas or outdoors, regardless of their purpose, must be reviewed for safety and security purposes.

Any such items shall be reported to EH&S and shall be appropriately labeled with a visible tag in accordance with the Approval of Experimental Apparatus, Art Projects, Demonstration Projects or Measurement Devices in Common Area and Outdoors (pdf) policy. 

Use the Outdoor Project Request Form (fillible pdf) to submit your request to EH&S for review and approval.
