Examples of Non-Billable Services 

Chilled water compressors
Cooling towers
Leibert units
Air dryers and de-aerators
Heat pumps
Air conditioning--wall, ceiling and floor.   (Central air repairs are made through Utilities Operations)

Examples of Billable Services

Repair or recharge of departmental equipment (Ex:  freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, etc.....)

Window Air Conditioners: 

Facilities no longer repairs existing window A/C units. Please contact the Customer Service Department for a list of reputable companies that Facilities has done business with.

  • New Units - Must be approved by FP&D prior to purchase and installation on the space renovation form below.
  • Existing Units - If there is an existing unit, we will purchase and install a replacement. (A quote is required prior to purchase)

*If you would like a quote for any of the above billable Services, please submit your completed Quote Request Form to the Customer Service Department.
