Custodial

Examples of Non-Billable Services 

General Cleaning (For specific area frequencies, please call Custodial Services at 645-2176).
  • Restrooms are cleaned and stocked five (5) days a week
  • Waste containers in offices are emptied three (3) days a week
  • Waste containers in public areas are emptied five (5) days a week
  • Classrooms are cleaned five (5) days a week
  • Floors are washed and waxed annually
Water Clean-Ups
Window Washing (Ground, 1st & 2nd floors only-up to approximately 20 feet)
Shovel/Salt Doorways & Stairs
Replace Blown Light Bulbs
Provide Podiums, Chalk, Chairs & Erasers in Centrally Scheduled Classrooms

Building Accessibility Schedules:

Custodial Services is responsible for opening and closing most buildings.  This service is not available during the following hours:

  • North Campus:  5:00 p.m. Saturday through 8:30 a.m. Sunday
                          4:30 p.m. through 11:30 p.m. Sundays
  • South Campus:  5:00 p.m. Saturday through 8:30 a.m. Sunday
                          4:30 p.m. through 11:30 p.m. Sunday
