Examples of Non-Billable Services

Floor and ceiling tile replacement

Interior/Exterior door maintenance and repair (for lock maintenance see Locksmith)

Glass replacement

Paper towel, toilet paper dispenser installation

Restroom stalls hardware-replacement/repair

Windows - frames, hardware and screen repairs

Floors - cove base installation and repair

Window blinds and shades repair (centrally scheduled space and in public areas only)

 

Examples of Billable Services

Furniture repair and assembly

Mounting of shelves, whiteboards, bulletin boards,
pictures and plaques

Door cutting (except for carpet installation)

Desk partitions- Installation and hardware

Hang and install customer purchased blinds

Custom carpentry - fabricate shelves, countertops, cabinets etc.
